For this post I enlisted the help of jaybird from Beats Entropy. He does weekly new movies pics over there. Two nerds listing their favorite geek flicks. Lots of sci-fi/fantasy/comic book themes. :) 81 flicks in total, but we’re sure we missed some. Leave a comment and tell us your favs.

We even include links to Rotten Tomatoes and IMDB for each movie to make the list easier to cross-reference! Trailers are hosted on IMDB and I have not double-checked that all of the links lead to a trailer. Movies review scores are taken directly from Rotten Tomatoes and provided for reference — if you have a beef with the numbers, take that up with the professional film critics of the world.
